This policy explains how Book Buddy Academy, operated by Book Buddy Private Limited, handles delivery, refunds, and cancellations for Courses, Consultation, and Corporate Workshops booked or purchased through this website.
1. No Physical Delivery
- Book Buddy Academy provides services only — Courses, Consultation, and Corporate Workshops. No physical goods are shipped or delivered.
- Courses and consultations are delivered online (via video conferencing/learning platform) and/or in-person, as specified at the time of booking.
- Corporate Workshops are delivered at the agreed venue (client premises, a booked venue, or online) as confirmed in the workshop agreement.
- Access details, joining links, schedules, or venue information will be shared with you via email/phone after your enrollment or booking is confirmed.
2. No Refund Policy
- All payments made for Courses, Consultation sessions, and Corporate Workshops are final and non-refundable once payment has been made and the booking/enrollment is confirmed.
- No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, late arrival, failure to complete a course, or dissatisfaction with the service, except where required by applicable law.
- In the rare event that Book Buddy Academy cancels a Course, Consultation, or Corporate Workshop from our side (e.g. due to trainer/consultant unavailability), we will offer an alternative: a rescheduled session, an equivalent replacement session, or credit toward a future booking, at our discretion.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations initiated by the customer/client do not entitle them to a refund of fees already paid.
- Rescheduling of a Consultation or Course session may be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, subject to availability, and is offered as a courtesy rather than a guaranteed right.
- For Corporate Workshops, cancellation or rescheduling terms will be as agreed in the specific workshop agreement/invoice issued to the client.
- Book Buddy Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Course, Consultation, or Corporate Workshop at its discretion, and will notify affected participants as soon as possible.
